The globetrotter traveller CCM Sandseeker 78
Prepared, modified and optimized in the CC-Manufaktur.
This ultimate travelling vehicle is based on TOYOTA Landcruiser HZJ 78.

Suspension
CCM Heavy-Raid consists of: VA = 2 x screw springs+ 200 kg, 2 x absorbers Koni HTR-TEC,
HA = 2 x leaf springs, +700 kg, 2 x absorbers Koni HTR-TEC, 4 U-bolts, shackels and frame bolts oilable, complete with PU bushes.
Fuel tank
CCM J7 MK II, 190 Liter Volume, 12-mm-PE- strengthened, 4 baffles, catch tank system, filler neck, overflow, supply line, air valve, mounted with stainless steel carrying plate/under-ride guard
Water tank
CCM-100-Liter Water tank, 8 mm PE, Special fabrication with a Shurflo pressure pump and extraction point
Heater
Ebersbächer D2 perfectly mounted terrain safe in vehicle, with Easy Start T and cabin temperature thermostat
Wheels
5 wheels complete with tyres, BF Goodrich AT 265/75R16 M+S on TOYOTA 7x16 Aluminium wheels.
Fuel filter CC-FF02
Highly effective filter/water trap for light diesel fuels, completely installed and ready for use
Double battery system
Two 70-A-Banner-AGM batteries, installed in the Original-TOYOTA battery holder.
Sterling Split Charge Manager.
Intelligent, loss-free voltage charger with CCM software application for vehicles.
1 In / 2 Out incl. offset heavy-duty fuse and 12 V socket

Conversion to intermittant window wipers, original Toyota. Conversion front ventilation to cold country specifications.

With the CCM-performance kit deluxe you get a vehicle and motor adapted solution, that is conceptionally better than a turbo charger.
Adjusted track width
60 mm rear axle track widening Set:
35 mm wheel arches made from ABS, black paintable, incl. piping tape.
2 Spacing discs, each 30 mm, 5 hole, steel 5 x 150. With TÜV-certification.
Sport air filter CC-Max-Flow
The Max-Flow replaces the standard production air filter casing. Max-Flow boasts maximum and optimal air flow characteristics for the cold air supply in a closed system. Performance can increase by 10 %.
Distinktive intake sound, tried and test in street and racing enviroments, TÜV-certified!
CCM-bonnet GFK J7 1HZ 2007
Fibre-glass-polyester. Weight 8 kg
Hand made in Germany from high quality fibre-glass-polyester.
The well thought out sandwich construction ensures a twisting and vibration free ride.
The incorperated steel flanges for fixing the bonnet hinges as well as the bonnet lock ensure the same security and safety as the original bonnet.
The amount of weight saved compared to the original bonnet is 14 kg.

Weight each 12 kg, ET: 10, max load: 1300 kg, Material specifications: Al Si 7% Mg Sr
Weight saved compared to a 6 wheel set of steel wheels is appox. 100 kg!
